Schelfhorst
In coordination with Friesch Groningsche Schelfhorst C.V., Beauvast developed a new residential project called Schelfhorst in Paterswolde, on the border of Groningen and Drenthe, featuring ten exclusive homes. The urban master plan, designed by Cor and Sibylle Kalfsbeek, focuses on ecological integration, bio-based materials, and contemporary architecture. The homes are situated in a semi-open natural landscape that serves as an ecological buffer to surrounding nature reserves such as the Elsburger Onlanden.
